When recording at Inner Ear one is utilizing a control room only environment. In other words you are in the room where the recording takes place. This saves significant real estate for me and translates into lower rates for you.
This type of hybrid live/engineering space is technically referred to as - Mitch's Livingroom.

The 'Livingroom' (approx. 170 sq. ft.) is a comfortable unintimidating environment where people have completed a variety of creative and technical projects assisted by a cooperative involved engingeer, their guest musicians, small band assemblages or as purely solo artists {with or without generous over dubbing}. Your engineer will have a passion for music and run-on sentences.
